The Iphen sales assistant manages your sales person’s schedule and tasks so that he/she can spend more time with customers. They communicate by phone during idle times between meetings. The assistant’s focus is on the maintenance of the customer relationship. His/her schedule matches that of your sales person. His/her role can include inside sales and customer service functions.
